Garlic Fried Chicken

Dear Friends,

Today, I like to share another recipe of family food. This recipe are super easy, we don't have to "mengungkep" the chicken, just double fried the chicken and done. Don't forget to use a lot of onion. Here is the recipe.

Marinate 2 hours chicken with below ingredients:

  • 8 pcs/cut chicken (You can also use just the thigh or just the breast of the chicken)
  • 7-8 onion
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon lemon water
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Mix chicken marinate with below ingredients:
  • 65 gr tapioca flour
  • 1-2 tablespoon water
  • 8-10 onion, smash
Fry the chicken over low heat for 15 minutes. Drain for 10 minutes, then fry again over high heat until golden brown. 

The taste is so original and crispy, the kids like it very much..
